Despatch

All items are made to order. Most fabrics are delivered within 10–14 days from order confirmation.

 

Shipping Method

We dispatch orders via fully tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail (UK only) and DHL. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, a local courier may complete the final stage of delivery.

 

Shipping Cost

We do not charge for shipping for orders within the UK (apart from roll delivery orders). For international orders, shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and the total weight of your order. To view the applicable shipping cost, please add the selected fabric to your basket.

We offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations. We currently ship to the following countries and territories:

 

Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States (mainland only; excluding U.S. territories), Vatican City. and Vietnam.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, and/or courier administration fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Such charges are not included in the prices paid to Studio Hallam and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

All customs-related charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the country of import and are outside the control of Studio Hallam. Payment of these charges may be required prior to release of the goods or upon delivery.

Any import duties, taxes, or administration fees are non-refundable. Studio Hallam accepts no liability for delays, non-delivery, or disposal of goods arising from the customer’s failure to pay such charges. Orders that are refused or not released due to unpaid customs or administration fees will not be eligible for a refund and may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by customs authorities.

Roll Delivery

For orders over 1m in length, we can send your fabric out on a roll. Roll delivery is not available for international shipping.

​

Orders placed using this shipping method will be sent unfolded on a single roll or multiple rolls. We cannot guarantee it will be a sent as a single piece of fabric. If you have specific requirements as to how the fabric is sent, please get in touch.
